convenient location and great service

the staff was very cute and helpful . the location was good, providing easy access to nearby amenities. it was convenient to get there from the airport using the aircoach to the morehampton road stop.
The bed had some food stains on it, a bit off-putting. i could clearly hear noises from the bathroom next door. It wasn't very soundproof. i didn't ask for my room to be serviced, but it was anyway.

there were multiple restaurants and bars within easy reach. a nice one was just a minute from the accommodation. city center was also walkable in approximately 40 minutes. it had good bus links nearby if you prefer to catch a bus.

The location was excellent. It was easily accessible from both the airport and city centre. i found the neighborhood to be nice enough. the hotel sits on a quiet street, though the parking was expensive!

the communication was excellent and my request to change my arrival date was arranged asap. the assistant was friendly upon my arrival. a tesco and other bars are very close for a drink, a very convenient and helpful service.

The room was clean, and the tea and coffee facilities were useful. check-in was straightforward. Adie was very helpful. i also found the after eight chocolate a nice touch. the bed was comfortable and i slept soundly, though i appreciated the quietness.
the shower was a little small, though it served its purpose.

I loved that my room had complimentary tea, coffee and chocolate. the location was great. It was near a park and a tesco store. the staff were super friendly and cute. i also found the bed very comfortable. I slept wonderfully each night.
the wifi signal was occasionally a little weak at peak times but i still managed to check my emails.
